We know it’s hard to shop for friends and family and we’re excited to offer you an extended period for returns and exchanges on gifts this holiday season!


If you place an order now (October 12, 2013) through December 25 you can return your order for an Exchange or Gift Card through January 15, 2014 (all normal return policies still apply: keep the tags and bags).

All refunds (non-exchanges) must be returned within our standard 30-day time frame.


Holiday Shipping

Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT, will ship the next business day. 

Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT on a Friday, weekend or holiday*, will ship the next business day.


*M&W Holidays: Thanksgiving day, November 29, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day


Need your order a little faster?

You may upgrade to Premium Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping* is only available on items that can ship within 24 hours and are in-stock.


*Please use your physical address when choosing an expedited shipping method.


Expedited shipping methods are only delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.


Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all of our bags, but do offer upgraded shipping at checkout.


Expedited shipping methods are delivered on business days only. (ie: If order is placed on a Friday morning and ships the same day via FedEx Overnight, it will be delivered on Monday.)

We are unable to ship International orders at this time.


Our standard method of shipping is FedEx SmartPost, which utilizes the US Postal Service for final delivery to you. If you have both a physical address and a PO Box, please use your PO Box as the shipping address for standard FedEx SmartPost Shipping. If you want the package delivered to your physical address, please upgrade the shipping method to FedEx Ground Service and provide your physical shipping address.


Customers may upgrade to Premium Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping, or Overnight Shipping for an additional fee which is indicated at checkout. We offer expedited shipping ONLY on items that can ship within 24 hours and that are "in-stock." If an order is placed after 12:00 pm CT on a Friday, or over a weekend or holiday, the order will ship the next business day if we indicate that the order will ship within 24 hours.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the time that you receive your order.

  • We do offer a $5 return label here for your convenience.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of receiving your order with the following necessary exceptions:


  • It is your responsibility to make sure items are returned to us, but we do offer a $5 return label for your convenience (see more information under "How To Set Up A Return.")

  • No credits will be issued for shipping charges.

  • No “postage due” returns will be accepted.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging and in original, unaltered, and resellable condition within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Make sure the UPC tags are attached to the returned items.

  • Returns that are not in original, resellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, gift card, etc.)


How To Set Up A Return

You can set up your return and print a $5 return label at mapleandwest.com/account. The $5 will be deducted from your final refund amount.


“Sign in to your account,” or  “Setup your account,” (if you haven’t done so) then follow steps 1-5.


Step 1  Click the order number that contains the item you want to return.


Step 2  Click "Return items from this order."


Step 3  Select the items you want to return by choosing the reason and how many you are returning.


Step 4  Next, choose how you wish to return your item. You can either print a shipping label and we will deduct $5 from your return credit, or you can ship using the method of your choice (please get a tracking number if you choose not to use our label.)


Step 5  Click “Continue” and you'll be prompted to either print a shipping label or get a Return Authorization (RA) number for your records.


Lastly, please fill out the return/exchange form included in your order and return your item(s) to:

Your return will be processed within two weeks of receipt and a confirmation email will be sent out to you at that time.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days from the time that you receive your order and are set up much like returns. Please follow the “How To” instructions listed above to print a return label, then fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order indicating which items you would like sent back out to you. We will place your new exchange order for you within 2 weeks of receiving your return. A confirmation email will be sent out to you at that time.
